Master Plan

Penn State Altoona's Master Plan deals with facility renovation and construction and is intended to complement the college's strategic plan. The Master Plan categorizes facilities projects into three timeframes: those for which we currently have funding or are on the university's capital plan; near-term projects (5-10 years out); and long range projects.
