ChemistryChemistryWelcome to the chemistry program at Penn State Altoona. The program offers students the opportunity to study the key areas of chemistry: analytical, biochemistry, inorganic, organic and physical. The program provides a uniquely stimulating environment for scientific discoveries through close interaction between students and faculty. Outstanding research projects span a wide range of disciplines. Much of the research performed by our faculty is highly interdisciplinary, and significantly contributes to the advancement of the sciences and that of our students.
