The Dance Studies Minor at Penn State Altoona focuses on the development of the dancer through various theoretical aspects of movement, observation, analysis and awareness of the human body in motion. While continuing the study of dance technique in Modern, Jazz, Ballet and Tap, the student is able to delve into the how and why we dance.
