To be the premiere Career Services Office for a distinguished liberal arts college within the framework of The Pennsylvania State University, we will work with an increasingly diverse student population and foster life-long learning through the career development process.

Mission Statement

• To fulfill the vision of being a premiere Career Services Office at a distinguished liberal arts college within the framework of The Pennsylvania State University, we will:

• Support and challenge students and alumni in achieving their career goals through the development of life-long career planning and job search skills.

• Provide employment information, experiential education resources, and programming in a customer-oriented environment.

• Prepare a diverse student population to compete in a global market and become an asset to their community as servant leaders.

• Continue to strive toward personal improvement and professional development as individuals and as a team.

• Collaborate internally and externally to maximize outreach endeavors.

• Create an environment of trust, professionalism, integrity, commitment, open communication, teamwork, and respect.
