Penn State Altoona offers small business workshops
ALTOONA – Penn State Altoona will hold two workshops for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and students at the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence in downtown Altoona.
Financing New Ventures will be held Wednesday, February 27, 6 – 8 p.m. with presenters from the Altoona-Blair County Development Corporation, Saint Francis University, KIZ Resources, LLC, and Reliance Bank.
Effective Interviewing and Hiring Techniques will be held Wednesday, April 10, 6 – 8 p.m. with presenter Sally Williams, president of Webber HR Solutions, Inc.
The workshops are free. You must register by the Tuesday before each workshop by calling 814-940-3401 or emailing sas79@psu.edu.
