SNAPSHOTS: Chancellor helps kick off the school year
The 2009-2010 academic year started off with the hustle and bustle of move-in day, and some fun activities for orientation. Chancellor Bechtel-Wherry was right in the middle of the action, helping students carry belongings to their rooms, answering questions, introducing herself, playing games, and tie-dying t-shirts. Interacting with the students at the beginning of the semester is one way for the chancellor to let them know she cares about them and is looking forward to a great academic year.
