Penn State Altoona gets in the spooky spirit with Operation Safe Trick or Treat
ALTOONA – Put on your best costume, grab the kids, and head to Penn State Altoona for the annual Operation Safe Trick or Treat, Wednesday, October 28, 2009, from 6 - 8 p.m. on the intramural fields.
The event is free and open to the community. Sponsored by the Office of Student Life, there will be give-a-ways, candy, games, and a haunted house for those who dare!
Operation Safe Trick or Treat allows Penn State Altoona students and the community to interact and celebrate Halloween in a fun, safe environment.
