Part of 12th Avenue will be shut down this Sunday for Penn State Altoona's 70th anniversary celebration.

From 7 a.m. - 9 p.m., Sunday, October 25, 2009, 12th Avenue will be closed from 14th - 15th Streets.

Be prepared to follow an alternate travel route.
