Penn State Altoona and partners address the dangers of impairment
Halloween is a fun holiday, but can also be dangerous when you've had too much to drink. Many partygoers choose to walk home after having one too many but do not understand the dangers associated with being an impaired pedestrian.
PennDOT, Penn State Altoona, and the Blair County DUI Task Force will hold a news conference at 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2009 in the Slep Student Center to address the dangers of impairment whether you are walking or driving a vehicle. Please plan to attend, and glean information that could save your life.
