Students can't arrive at college and sit in their dorm rooms waiting for their first class! That's why bunches of fun activities took place from move-in-day, Thursday, August 20, through the weekend. There was creamery ice cream, a basketball challenge, a rock-wall, and big chair photo, along with a dance, a comedian, a psychic, movies, bingo, and a Woodstock Event. Students could tie-dye their own Penn State Altoona t-shirt while listening to the sounds of live music. Students also had the opportunity to meet with some faculty members and ask questions about classes.
