Student Leadership Workshop set for January 16

Penn State Altoona's Office of Institutional Equity, Diversity, and International Student Services will present a student leadership workshop "Leadership for Change" with Dr. Ronaldo Archer on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the TV Lounge of the Slep Student Center.

Dr. Archer, has an amazing, twenty-year professional career as a pastor and is now bishop of over 25 churches. He is a best-selling author, an award-winning keynote speaker and a sought after international business strategist. Archer has been honored with the Dr. Martin Luther King Leadership Award for his work developing third world leaders and his video training series, Peak Performance under Peak Pressure was awarded a "Telly" for best leadership program of the year.

There will be a $200 Wal-Mart Gift card giveaway for the student organization with the most participants and 2 individual $100 Gift cards to Wal-Mart that everyone attending is eligible to receive. To register for this event, contact Yolanda Avent at yla1@psu.edu. Be sure to indicate your affiliation with a student organization. Refreshments will be served.
