Student and alum share their experiences in biology and science

Gina Zappia, an alum of Penn State Altoona's science program, and Diego Wu, a student in the college's biology degree program will be on campus Tuesday, February 7, 2012 to share their experiences. The event will take place from 12:10 - 1:10 p.m. in room 117 of the Science Building.

Gina Zappia earned a bachelor's degree in science in general science and a minor in biology from Penn State Altoona in December 2010 and is currently studying pharmacy at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). Zappia also currently serves as historian of the Student National Pharmacy Association. Diego Wu, a current student in Penn state Altoona's biology degree program, will discuss his summer 2011 experiences in "Chilean Health Care", an IES Study Abroad Program.
