Chinese Lion Dance and martial arts demo set for April 11

Penn State Altoona's Office of Institutional Equity, Diversity, and International Student Services will present a Chinese Lion Dance and martial arts demo by Wong People on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the TV Lounge of the Slep Student Center.

Highly acclaimed for their skill in bringing to life the centuries old legend on which the Lion Dance is based, Wong People's Lion Dance Team presents an artful, educational and entertaining exhibition and martial arts demonstration. Refreshments and giveaways will be available.

The event is part of the college's celebration of Asian Pacific Heritage Month.
