Penn State Altoona presents "Reading for the Cure" on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. in the Edith Davis Eve Chapel.

"Reading for the Cure" is an evening of inspirational and humorous readings celebrating the literature that helps us cope. The event is open to the public. Those in attendance may sign up to share a reading. Readings from the audience will take place following those already on the reading schedule, time permitting. The event will also feature door prizes and raffles.

All proceeds benefit Penn State's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center breast cancer research program.

The evening is hosted by Sigma Tau Delta with special thanks to Kappa Omicron Nu; and the Letters, Arts, and Sciences; English; Nursing; and Honors programs.
