LionWire News showing on public access this week

LionWire News, a production done by the Penn State Altoona Broadcast Club, began airing on the Altoona Public Access Channel this week.

The fifteen-minute news segment produced by the college’s broadcast club, will now air on channel 13 twice a day Monday through Friday. The complete schedule is as follows:

Mondays at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Tuesdays at 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Wednesdays at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Thursdays at noon and 7 p.m.

Fridays at 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.

LionWire News features stories and public service announcements created by Penn State Altoona's communications program. This is an opportunity for students to create portfolio materials and list the creation of locally broadcasted materials on their resumes.
