Women in Business to host Dress for Success Fashion Show

Penn State Altoona's Women In Business (WIB) student organization will host its Spring Dress for Success Fashion Show on April 16, 2012, in the Edith Davis Eve Chapel beginning at 6 p.m.

During the event, funded by the Student Government Association, ten male and female business students will model outfits provided by Altoona Macy’s Department Store. The students will demonstrate both proper and improper dress and grooming styles for formal business meetings, daily career outfits, and job interviews.

The PSU Altoona’s WIB was formed in October 2010 under the advisement of Tulay Girard, associate professor of marketing and Deb Hommer, senior instructor in business administration. WIB engages Penn State Altoona’s business students in leadership, professional development, networking, and community service. The organization currently has more than fifty members.
