DUS office excels in going green initiative

Penn State Altoona's Division of Undergraduate Studies was one of 21 teams across the University that participated in the 12% Energy Challenge this spring. The submission by Altoona's DUS office was one of 4 that was selected to be posted on the Penn State Green site at www.green.psu.edu/youCanDo/GT_12Percent_Challenge_Results.asp.

Each year Altoona's DUS office identifies a group goal for inclusion in their Staff Review and Development Plans (SRDP). The focus of the 2011-2012 year was sustainability, more specifically, creating a work environment that embraces the conservation of energy and resources.
