Penn State Altoona hosts a Candidate Forum September 13

In celebration of Constitution Day, Penn State Altoona will host a Candidate Forum on Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Devorris Downtown Center. Penn State Altoona faculty members Richard Flarend and John McGinnis — the Democratic and Republican candidates for the 79th district respectively — will meet with students and discuss current political issues.
