Penn State Altoona presented "What is Ramadan?" with Shamsa Anwar, part time lecturer in Mathematics, on Thursday, September 27, 2012 in the Pond View Lounge of the Slep Student Center. Attendees learned about the month of Ramadan and found out the answers to many of the questions that surround it.

The event was sponsored by Penn State Altoona's Office of Institutional Equity, Diversity, and International Student Services.
