Walk-in flu clinic for students, faculty, and staff scheduled for November 7

Penn State Altoona's Health and Wellness Center will offer a walk-in flu clinic for faculty, staff, and students on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Sheetz Family Health Center.

The first 100 shots to students will be free and are being covered by the Student Activity Fund. After the first 100 shots, a $26 fee will be charged to students, payable by cash, check, or bursar's account.

The flu shot is free to all Penn State employees. Partners/spouses, including student employees over 18, who are covered under the Penn State Highmark plan are also free but must present their insurance card to receive free shot. Those not covered by Penn State Highmark plan will be charged $26 which is payable by cash or check.

Just a reminder, you MUST bring your PSU ID with you in order to receive the vaccine.
