Penn State Altoona calls for Ivyside Juried Exhibition artists

ALTOONA — Artists are being called for the 2013-2014 Ivyside Juried Art Exhibition at Penn State Altoona. Submissions can be made online only beginning December 1, 2012, at https://psualtoona.slideroom.com/. The deadline to submit is March 1, 2013. There is a $10 submission fee, and applicants will need to post an artist’s statement, vitae, and imagery.

The Ivyside Juried Exhibition is open to all visual artists in all media. Entries must have been completed within the last two years. Artists will be selected by a faculty committee. Up to six artists will be awarded a solo gallery exhibition in one of two gallery spaces at the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts on campus. Digital and non-traditional media will be considered. A detailed call for proposal is available at www.altoona.psu.edu/misciagna online.

Artists who are accepted will be notified by May 30, 2013.
