Penn State Altoona holds Gown Meets Town student showcase

ALTOONA — Penn State Altoona's Division of Business and Engineering, the Altoona Blair County Development Corporation, and the Blair County Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce the winter Gown Meets Town student showcase, Friday, December 14, 2012, at the Devorris Downtown Center in downtown Altoona.

From 9:30 a.m – 3 p.m., the Blair County business community, parents, and friends will have an opportunity to see how knowledge from the classroom has helped students enhance many Blair County organizations’ operations, products, and services. Students will make presentations in the areas of business, electro-mechanical engineering technology, and security and risk analysis.
