Penn State Altoona presents Great Gun Control Debate

ALTOONA – Penn State Altoona will present the Great Gun Control Debate, Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 7:30 p.m. in the Pond View Lounge of the Slep Student Center.

Michael Shermer, affirming the resolution, is the publisher of Skeptic magazine, and John Lott, denying the resolution, is the author of More Guns, Less Crime.

Free tickets to the event will be available beginning March 11 at the Bookstore, at the box office in the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts, and at the door on the evening of the event if not “sold out.”

This program is made possible by funding from the Sheetz Visiting Lecture Series fund, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Student Activity Fee.
