Professor receives Best Paper award

Tulay Girard, associate professor of marketing, and her co-authors received the Best Paper Award in the Services Marketing track of the 2013 Spring MBAA International Marketing Management Conference held in Chicago, Illinois. The paper, "University Brand Equity: An Empirical Investigation of Its Dimensions," develops and validates measurements of consumer-based brand equity in higher education. It has been published in the conference proceedings.

Additionally, her paper "The Use of iPocket Coach in Business Education," co-authored with her honor student, Rachel C. Litzinger, and Mark M. Lennon, assistant professor in international business has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education.
