Black to participate in Civil War conference

Brian Black, professor of history and environmental studies at Penn State Altoona, is an invited participant in the March 15, 2013, conference "The Future of Civil War History: Looking Beyond the 150th" at the Gettysburg National Military Park. His panel, "Debating Battlefield Rehabilitation," includes former director of the National Park John Latschar and directors of other battlefield parks.
