Health Advisory Board committee sponsors "Words We Live By" project

Monday, December 2, 2013 - 321 hits

The Mental Health/Suicide Prevention Health Advisory Board Committee is sponsoring a new initiative for the college called the "Words We Live By Project."

When you’re feeling sad or overwhelmed, what words lift you out of the dark? What words inspire you and get you through the day? Your answers can be your own thoughts, advice from a loved one (please indicate who), or something you heard or read (please indicate the source).

You can email your words (approximately seven or fewer) to or tweet them with #psawordsweliveby.

Many answers will be displayed around campus along with your name for several days during the spring 2014 semester to help inspire the whole campus community.
