Jonathan C. O'Harrow, webmaster, earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Susquehanna University in 2000 where he designed Web sites and intranet systems for the registrar's office, public relations, academics affairs, and others. He began working as the webmaster at Penn State Altoona in July 2000. He currently serves on the Staff Advisory Council, the Public Art and Design Committee, the Mosaic Committee, and the Taskforce for Workplace Enhancement. Jonathan is also a singer, actor, accompanist, and director, performing regularly with Altoona Community Theatre, the Blair Concert Chorale, Tyrone Community Players, Cresson Lake Playhouse, and the Mount Aloysius Vox Nova Singers. He is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Blair County.

Marc Orlitzky (Ph.D., U. of Iowa) is Associate Professor of Management at the Pennsylvania State University Altoona. Previously, he served on the faculty of the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and University of Auckland (Senior Lecturer Above the Bar) and, in 2007-8, was a Visiting Research Fellow at the ICCSR at the University of Nottingham. He served on the editorial review boards of the "Academy of Management Journal," "Issues in Social and Environmental Accounting", and the "Sage Encyclopedia of Business Ethics and Society." His main research program was summarized in the book entitled "Integrative Corporate Citizenship: Research Advances in Corporate Social Performance," co-authored with Diane Swanson. His work has been published in two "Oxford University Handbooks," "Organization Studies," "International Journal of Human Resource Management," "Business & Society," "Small Group Research," "Personnel Psychology," "Journal of Management Education," "Journal of Business Ethics," "Journal of Investing," "Academy of Management Review," "Academy of Management Learning & Education," and several other publication outlets. He won various research awards and, in 2007, an Outstanding Reviewer Award from the "Academy of Management Journal."
