Mr. Jonathan C. O'Harrow
Jonathan O'Harrow is the Webmaster at Penn State Altoona. A graduate of Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Computer Science, he has worked for more than 15 years as a Web and graphics designer and systems programmer. At Penn State Altoona, O'Harrow is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the college's Web site and all administrative and academic sub-sites therein. He also programs and supports special systems for the college to collect, coordinate, and disseminate information for various offices and programs. O'Harrow also oversees and administers the college's social media efforts. In addition to his work at Penn State Altoona, O'Harrow has acted as a Web design consultant to numerous non-profit organizations in Blair County. He is a 2009 recipient of Penn State Altoona's Ted J. Long Staff Excellence Award and, in 2008, was named one of the Altoona Mirror's Top 20 under 40. He is active in numerous community arts organizations and currently serves on the board of directors for United Way of Blair County and the Blair County Arts Foundation.

Caitlin Osborne has been an instructor of dance and theatre arts at Pennsylvania State Altoona since 2005.
For the dance program, Caitlin teaches jazz, ballet, and modern technique as well as dance history and dance appreciation courses. She is the resident director/choreographer for Ivyside Dance Ensemble, PSA’s student dance company.
For the theatre program, Caitlin teaches acting, voice & movement, and theatre history and serves as production coordinator. Recent directing credits for Penn State include "The All New Old Time Vaudeville Vanities" (an original script with period music) and "Five Women Wearing the Same Dress."
Caitlin serves as faculty advisor to the Penn State Altoona Dance Team and the Penn State Altoona chapter of The National Society for Leadership and Success.
Caitlin performed for many years with Allied Motion dance company under the direction of fellow dance faculty member KT Huckabee. These days, she focuses on her work as an actor, primarily through Next Stage Theatre Company in State College. Recent projects include "Betrayal," "School For Lies," "Shirley Valentine", "Independence," and "Circle Mirror Transformation." She has also served as co-artistic director of the Nittany Valley Shakespeare Company, where she has also taken roles in "Tempest," "Hamlet," and "As You Like It."
Current projects include voiceover work for Penn State’s Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness.
