Strength and Fitness Class

Get fit and have fun! The strength and fitness program at Penn State Altoona offers individuals the opportunity to learn lifetime healthy habits and attitudes. Come join us to experience how fitness can reduce tension and stress, increase energy levels, tone muscle, and improve your strength and flexibility.

We offer group fitness classes or if you prefer to work out on your own schedule, come check out our weight room and cardio fitness loft. All classes are open to Penn State Altoona students, faculty and staff and located in the Adler Athletic Complex Brown Room.
