RHAPSA - Residence Hall Association Penn State Altoona

Residence Hall Association Penn State Altoona (RHAPSA) empowers residences living at Penn State Altoona to have an active role in their community. RHAPSA serves the halls by provides programs and addressing the needs and concerns of the residences in the hall. RHAPSA’s overall goal is to improve the quality of living in the Penn State Altoona residence halls.

RHAPSA is a student run organization driven to provide a voice for the students living at Penn State Altoona. RHAPSA has twenty-three active members, representing each hall. RHAPSA has four Executive members, President, Vice president, Treasurer, and a Secretary. All members of RHAPSA work together, to provide a living community for those students who reside at Penn State Altoona.

General Meeting Information

General meetings will be held every Monday at 7pm in the Cedar MPR

Everyone is encouraged to attend.
