David Scott is a CPA and Partner, Young, Oakes, Brown & Co. with 29 years experience in public accounting. Mr. Scott graduated from Saint Francis University with a BS in Accounting and has consistently exceeded the AICPA minimum continuing education requirements which have included courses in the following: Federal and State Income Tax, Governmental Accounting and Auditing Update, Not-for-Profit Accounting and Auditing Update, Audits of State and Local Governmental Units, Single Audit for Governmental and Not-for-Profit Entity, Yellow Book, and GASB Update. Mr. Scott is a Part Time Instructor in Advanced Accounting and Federal Income Tax at Penn State Altoona and an Instructor of Federal and State Income Tax Issues.
