Greetings from the beautiful city of Dublin. Today was by far my favorite yet, most eventful day of the trip so far. I must say at first I was skeptical of visiting the GAA at Croke park but, it turned out to be an amazing experience. It was amazing to learn that Ireland rallies behind amateur players that have normal, everyday jobs yet, these people still dedicate their time with no pay to play these games for the pride of their district/county as well as their country. It was also very interesting to tour Croke Park, the site of the Penn State vs UCF games this coming season. We also took time to visit the setanta network, which broadcasts premium sports channels to various countries. It was interesting to learn their model when it comes to developing a company/channel and then selling it when it's mature enough. The fellows then took a visit to the original John Jameson distillery. We learned that all Jameson is only produced in Ireland unlike their competitors which, make their whiskey in different parts of the world. Lastly we paid a quick visit to the Guinness factory, where we experienced the most beautiful view in Dublin. The picture speaks for itself!
