What a day today was! The fellows all ventured out to Tuscany, one of the most highly regarded wine regions in the world. We visited generations old wine maker who produces some of the worlds most desirable wines. Our guide took us through the process of how they make the wine and it is truly amazing. Viewing the wine cellar in their centuries old Villa was truly remarkable. Some of the bottles dated back to the 1940’s! After our tour we were taught how to sample wine and were given three different types of wine and all were delicious. After our wine tour we ventured back into Florence to do some more sight seeing and shopping. Next, was our cooking class! What an experience. Who ever knew so much work went into making pasta! It was a great experience for everyone and really brought us closer being that we had to work in teams so that we could all eat. If not we would have went hungry!
