Today was very cheesy and I'm not just saying that! We visited Parma/Reggio farm and learned about the dedicated process it takes to make cheese. Who ever knew that much work goes into making cheese! It was all handmade and every cheese has to sit for at least 6 months to a year before they can sell it. Some cheeses have been there since 2011! After our tour of the cheese factory we made our way to the fashion capital of Italy, Milano. We spent the rest of the day touring Milan and it was truly amazing. The architecture is some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. What an amazing city!
