We started today off with a visit with a visit to the Parma/Reggio farm. This cheese factory and farm is where the name "Parmesan" cheese actually originated. We were able to learn the whole process of how the cheese is made. I was amazed by how much manual labor is involved. I was also amazed that some of the cheese can be there for years before going out to be sold. At the end of the your we got to taste three amazing cheeses! We traveled onto the beautiful city of Milano. We spent the afternoon strolling around in the warm sunny weather. I am very happy because I finally found some Italian shoes! We also enjoyed some delicious dark chocolate and espresso gelato. I can't believe that tomorrow is our last day already!
