Our last day in Dublin was bittersweet. I did not want to leave, but I'm very excited to experience Italy. Two places I especially enjoyed visiting was the Irish Dairy Board and ResMed. The IDB is all about the farmers and they do as much as they can for the farmers' well being. Their product, KerryGold, is Ireland's only international food product. Connor from ResMed was very inspiring. The fact that he helped build a business in a field where he had no experience with technology he knew nothing about was remarkable. I believe that entrepreneurs everywhere can look at him as an example and see they can make a business work by being determined.

I enjoyed being in Ireland and experiencing the culture. The dialect was unique and the people were always friendly, especially in Kilkenny. I'm looking forward to what Italy has to offer.
