Today was one of my favorite days so far. We visited Selvapian a winery in the county of Italy. We got to learn about the process of making and aging wine. We also visited a cooking school where we got the opportunity to cook with a famous Italian chef. I helped prepare the veggies and the desert. We all go the chance to learn how to make pasta from scratch. Finally and most fabulously, we got to shop today! Excited for the cheese farm and Milan tomorrow!
