ALTOONA, Pa. - The Penn State Altoona women's and men's soccer teams lost a pair of games to Medaille College on Saturday evening at Spring Run Stadium.

The Lady Lions lost 2-1 in overtime. Medaille took a first half lead on Mary Smialek's goal, going into halftime with a 1-0 lead.

But Penn State Altoona fought back late in the second half when Elizabeth Watt (Harleysville, PA/Souderton) scored at the 81:18 mark to tie the score at 1-1.

But Medaille's Megan Bagley scored 3:05 into overtime, giving the Lady Mavericks a 2-1 victory.

In the men's game, Medaille defeated the Lions 6-0. The Mavericks' Gary Boughton led his squad with two goals an assist, while Alexander Rouse added a pair of goals.
