Ramos, Cummings Top Runners for Lions at ECAC Championships

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - Chaz Ramos (Freeport, NY/Freeport) and Kristen Cummings (Pittsburgh, PA/Brentwood) were the top runners for the Penn State Altoona men's and women's cross country teams on Saturday in the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships at Greylock High School.

The men's squad placed 39th out of 44 teams in the 8K, while the women came in 37th out of 40 teams in the 6K.

Ramos finished the men's race in 29:34, placing 135th out of 300 male runners.

Cummings placed 161st in a field of 270 female runners, clocking in at 27:44.
