Swim Teams Compete at Westminster Relays

10/26/2012 — NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Penn State Altoona women's swimming finished in sixth place, while the men's squad came in fifth in Friday night's Westminster College Relays.

In the Women's 800 Yard Freestyle Relay, Marie Noonan (Altoona, PA/Altoona), Jennifer Farley (Langhorne, PA/Notre Dame), Fallon Moran (Sparta, NJ/Pope John XXIII Regional), and Kelsy Lelko (State College, PA/State College) helped secure a fourth place finish in 10:43.58.

Among the highlights for the men, the squad of Dan Fritsch (State College, PA/State College), Benjamin Porter (West Chester, PA/Unionville), Robert Sklodowski (Bialystok, Poland/Quince Orchard), and Kyle Huber (Spring Grove, PA/Spring Grove) placed fourth in the Men's 200 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 1:33.68.

In the Men's 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, the team of Fritsch, Keenan Halpin (Bensalem, PA/George School), Sklodowski, and Huber came in fourth place with a time of 3:29.01.
