Huber Named AMCC Men's Swimmer of the Week

11/5/2012 — PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Penn State Altoona freshman Kyle Huber (Spring Grove, PA/Spring Grove) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference's Men's Swimmer of the Week on Monday for his performance on Saturday against Pitt-Bradford.

In the Lions' home-opening meet against their AMCC foes, Huber notched a trio of first place finishes. He won the 50 Freestyle with a time of 23.51, then placed first in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 51.98. He was later a member of the team that won the 400 Freestyle Relay in 3:30.38.

Penn State Altoona lost the meet 148-108.
