Men's Basketball to Host College Skills Clinic in September
Penn State Altoona men's basketball will host another College Skills Clinic session on Saturday, September 28 in the Adler Gym. The clinic is designed for students entering grades 10 through 12, or post-graduates. Registration begins at 12:00 PM, and the clinic lasts from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
Penn State Altoona’s College Skills Clinic is designed to provide high school basketball players training to advance their skills and prepare them to play at the collegiate level. It will provide the opportunity to participate in an individual workout, a simulated team practice, competitive play, and a classroom session. The clinic will be directed by Penn State Altoona men's basketball head coach Billy Clapper, and he will be assisted by Lions student-athletes. Each participant will receive a Penn State Altoona basketball t-shirt and a workout packet reviewing instruction learned at the clinic.
