Women's Soccer Defeated 6-0 at Frostburg

9/25/2013 — FROSTBURG, Md. - Penn State Altoona women's soccer suffered a 6-0 loss at Frostburg State University on Wednesday evening.

The Bobcats' Adria Graham recorded a hat trick in her team's victory.

Graham provided the first two goals of the game at 26:59 and 29:33 to give Frostburg a 2-0 lead. Her first goal was a left-footed kick into the upper left corner of the goal, and her second came on a header.

Jen Tyrell's tally at 36:50 put the home team up 3-0 by halftime.

Graham scored her third goal of the night at 61:26. Tyrell added her second of the game, a chip shot over the goalkeeper, just 36 seconds later.

Stephanie Fazenbaker made it 6-0 at the 63:08 mark.

Mackenzie Strubhar (Hummelstown, PA/Lower Dauphin) made four saves in goal for Penn State Altoona during the first half. Katy Cook (Hollsopple, PA/Bishop McCort) played the second half, making six saves.
