The mission of the Division of Student Affairs at Penn State Altoona is to provide students with the services and developmental opportunities that will challenge and support their academic experiences, enhance the quality of their lives, and prepare them to function successfully as servant leaders within a diverse, multicultural, and international world.

Providing resources and information to assist students in financing their educational pursuits.
- STUDENT CONDUCT
Promoting a safe living and learning environment for Penn State Altoona students by promoting the Code of Conduct and handling repercussions when students fail to ascribe to the code.

Providing support and resources for student clubs and organizations, coordinating the college's student community service efforts, and planning entertaining and educational events for the campus community.
