Photography Request Form

The Office of University Relations has the capability to take digital photographs with our department's cameras. In addition, UR has a digital camera to loan out to departments to take photos when UR staff is unavailable. Please note that UR staff will make every attempt to take photographs of major college events (instances where the photos have a broad institutional purpose). If a request is made for photographs to be taken for a very limited purpose, UR will loan a digital camera to the requesting individual/department for their use.

The University Relations staff makes every attempt to take photographs at major campus events. Because UR does not have a staff photographer, we cannot guarantee the availability of a staff member to take pictures for each campus event especially for weekend and evening events. If you would like photographs taken of a campus event, please refer to the on-line photography request form and submit your request at least two weeks prior to the event.

All pictures taken by the UR office will be taken digitally. Any pictures in the central photo files or on disk are available to any department for use in the promotion of a campus program or publication.

In an effort to standardize our photo files, all photos will be taken in color. This will give us the opportunity to use color photos while retaining the ability to convert them to black and white when necessary.

Form must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event/speaker date. Requests cannot be guaranteed.
