Penn State Altoona will offer a "Breakfast and Learn" presentation by Larry Garvin, instructor in information sciences and technology, from 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, in room 201 of the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence. Garvin's presentation will offer an introduction to cybersecurity basics.
The presentation is part of Penn State Altoona's new "Breakfast and Learn" series. Upcoming sessions will cover topics including AI in the workplace, organizational change, recruiting a younger workforce, diversity in the workforce, and more.
The Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence is located at 1309 11th Avenue in downtown Altoona. The cost to attend is $20.
